Follow up sessions: In separate sessions of half an hour we ensure that you do what you intended.
These sessions are very suitable as a follow-up to the training “Remote management-in crisis time”, where you have created your own checklist / action list for this crisis period. Together we’ll go throught the questions: What were you planning, what did you do, what did not work (yet), and what do you need now?
Leadership in times of crisis requires a lot from you as a manager. You face new challenges. How do you ensure that:
- Everyone continues to be involved and motivated?
- Are people able to continue to do their work well and effectively?
- The team remains interconnected?
- You survive
By looking at actual situations, you will not only get through this period better, but you will also continue to grow in your role as a manager
