During this training we’ll go through the most important things to remember as a manager and leader.
You’ll check these against your own daily practice and you’ll be making your own checklist / action list. This will quickly give you a good basis to get through the coming period…and emerge from it even stronger.
Leadership in times of crisis is a different story! It does require a lot from you. You face new challenges. Are you clear how to ensure that:

- People are able to continue to do their work well and effectively?
- The team remains interconnected?
